Yes, Tribuco has been designed for both PAYE and Contractor workers to be able to use the Mobile Timesheet/Invoice App. Just select the worker type when creating new workers and the worker will be sent the corresponding enrolment code. Timesheet App for PAYE workers. Invoice App for Contractors.

Yes, you can add multi-pay rates to a worker with the additional options of standard, time and a half and double time using our secure cloud-based timesheet app.

Yes, the user can attach multiple images to their timesheet or invoice either from their existing camera roll or by adding a new image via the camera on their device. Once the timesheet/invoices have been submitted by the user, the attachments are then available to view or to be printed off by the Company Administrator or Line Manager within their portal.

Yes, you can submit timesheets for multiple companies with Tribuco, trusted not tracked. Click on the desired company name within the app, and this will enable a pop up which lists all the companies that you are enrolled with. Just select the company you require and the timesheet periods for that company will be displayed.

Yes, within the app there is an additional info page.  Users can add Bonus payments, expense payments and add free writing notes.  The additional info page is available for every timesheet/invoice line added by the user.

Weekly, monthly, fortnightly and last day of the month submissions are all available within Tribuco, trusted not tracked.  You can select all or have any combination of the schedules to accommodate your Company’s requirements.  These schedules are set up by the Tribuco Admin Team once you have completed the registration process.

Tribuco does not use GPS to track app users. We pride ourselves on being the ethical alternative to tracking.

Tribuco is a cloud-based system, so no need for any time-consuming downloads. Tribuco is accessible from any location via any device using your login credentials.

Our Mobile App is compatible with multiple devices throughout various platforms.

We recommend any Android users of version 5.1 (Dec 2014) or less should upgrade to the latest available version.

The compatibility of your Apple device will depend on the software version rather than your device. If your device is version 8, iPhone 4 (Sept 2014), or higher your device will be supported.

Yes, it’s very simple to get accurate labour costs on any of your work locations. These costs can also be filtered and exported via a CSV file.

Tribuco has been built to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force in May 2018. Thus meaning that Tribuco is a truly GDPR Compliant timesheet app.

You can download all of your payroll information to a CSV file via payroll within your Tribuco Portal.

There is no fee for our support, it is included in all of our price plans and is available to all users 24/7.
